BotBrawl 2026 Grand Finale

New venue alert! BotBrawl will be attending Columbia International College in Hamilton for the first time!
Spectators:
Pay at the door, cash or tap are accepted.
$10 per day per person
Fights start at noon on Saturday and run to around 8pm
Fights start at 10am on Sunday and run to around 5pm

November 28-29, 2026
Classes:
-1lb & 3lb Combat (8ft x 8ft arena)
-30lb Sumo & 150lb Sumo (10ft Diameter circular platform with a center pole)
Rules:
Updated rules can always be found at botbrawl.ca/rules.
Tournament Formats:
Both combat classes will run a double-elimination tournament.
Both sumo classes will run a round robin into a single-elimination tournament.
Awards:
There will also be special awards given out. Details to be released in the handbook!
Registration:
Team Fee: $30 (you pay this once)
Additional team members: $15 for anyone above 2 people.
Robots: $40 each (per robot, but 150s get a small break!)
** If you are under the age of 18, you MUST also register a parent/guardian that will attend the event with you! **
Registration closes November 16th.
Waivers:
Please submit waivers for all team members using the website prior to registration closing on November 16th.
